Returns Policy

At Shilajit Global, our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return your purchase. In such cases, we have a returns policy in place that adheres to Google policies.

Returns Policy: You have the option to return the product within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened, and with all seals intact. Please contact our customer service team via email at info@shilajitglobal.com to initiate a return (must add RETURN & Order number in email title). Once we receive the returned product and confirm its original condition, we will issue a refund.

Exceptions: Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Products with broken seals that may risk contamination and require disposal
  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with our policy, as this is a food supplement where hygiene and contamination factors are critical.
