Delivery and Signature Protocol

Upon the delivery of your order, especially for wholesale and white label orders, you might be required to authenticate the receipt by signing the accompanying invoice. This act validates that you have accepted the products as detailed in the invoice.

If you are unavailable at the provided address during the delivery attempt, the order might be handed over to any individual present at the location. Their signature or electronic acknowledgment will be taken as confirmation of delivery.

Missed Deliveries

In scenarios where the delivery cannot be completed, we urge you to get in touch with our customer service team promptly to reschedule. Please be informed that our company absolves itself from responsibility for orders undelivered 30 days post the initial request.

International Orders

For orders dispatched outside the United Kingdom, be prepared to cover additional import fees imposed by your country's customs. This fee can be settled through the delivery service provider.
