Step 1:

Extracting Shilajit from the Container

Open the Shilajit container and take the provided measuring spoon. Gently scoop the recommended dosage of Shilajit with the measuring spoon. Securely seal the Shilajit container to maintain its freshness and potency for future use.

Step 2:

Diluting Shilajit in Water

Fill a glass with clean, room-temperature water. Release the scooped Shilajit from the measuring spoon into the water. Allow it to sit on the surface. Let the Shilajit sit in the water for a few minutes. Observe as it slowly dissolves, forming a dark, natural elixir.

Step 3:

Consuming the Shilajit Elixir

If desired, stir the Shilajit-infused water gently with a spoon to mix it evenly. Raise the glass and consume the Shilajit elixir in one or two sips, depending on the quantity.

Quality above quantity!

Excellent product, works well with cold drinks aswell as hot drinks.

I must admit that I am new user of Shilajit and can personally say that it is abundant with energy.

I would recommend it to gym goers aswell as others because it's healthy per se.

Although, the price may be appear quite expensive, extensive research does indicate this particular brand of Shilajit is amongst the most premium of qualities given that it is derived from the Himalayas.
